The ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ Culinary Arts Program will host its final special Buffet Night of the season on Thursday, Oct. 17 at the ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ Culinary Institute (?Our Place?) in historic downtown Pittsburg.
The dinner is open to the public and will be held†from 6:00-7:30 p.m. Seating is restaurant-style and to-go orders will be available by calling ahead to†903-434-8333†The cost is $10 per person. Reservations for dine-in will not be accepted.
"The response to our first two buffet nights was huge. We are so excited to be able to let our students showcase their skills to the community," Chef Kathleen Miller, Instructor, said.
