Sondra Fowler (right) was sworn in by Gov. Bill Ratliff at the December meeting of the ��«����Ƶ Board of Trustees. Fowler, of Daingerfield, was appointed to replace John Bryan, who resigned from the board in September.†She will fill the seat until the next board election in 2018.
