ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ Speech and Debate Club to host open candidate forum

The ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ Speech and Debate Club will host an open candidate forum for the Democratic candidates for United States House of Representatives District 4 on Monday, Feb. 12 from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m.

The forum will include Catherine Krantz from Rains County and Lander Bethel from Sherman. Krantz and Bethel are the only Democrats facing off in the March 6 Democratic Primary. The winner of the Democratic primary will go on to face the winner of the Republican Primary race between incumbent John Ratcliffe and John Cooper.

A ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ faculty member and student will moderate this open forum, which will take place on the ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ main campus in the Humanities building Community Room 101. The public is welcome and encouraged to attend. If you are unable to attend in person, the event will be live-streamed via the ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ Government Facebook page.
