Student group sessions on stress control planned

The ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ EagleAssist Counseling and Wellness Center is pleased to announce that it will host a special group session aimed at helping student manage stress. Everyone experiences stress, but not everyone reacts to it the same way. Join the Stress Less Group to learn how to better handle the day-to-day and the unexpected stressors of life. 

Sessions will be held every Wednesday in October (Oct 4, 11, 18 & 25) in the Counseling and Wellness Center in BT 111. Students should register ahead of time at to ensure a seat in the class.
