Nothing prepared Christi Denney for the loss of her beloved sister, Nita DeWoody, in October 2016. However, In the midst of her grief, Denney became determined to do something good to carry on her sister?s memory. With that goal in mind, she organized a charity 5K race that was held in October 2017 in Pittsburg.

Applications are available online at or can be picked up from Lori Hunter?s office in the Student Services Center (former Administration Building). The priority deadline for scholarships is March 19, 2018.

Twelve ΊωΒ«ΝήΚΣΖ΅ employees received a total of $15,473.86 in Whatley Employee Enhancement Grants for 2018. The Whatley Employee Enhancement Fund was established by James & Elizabeth Whatley specifically for ΊωΒ«ΝήΚΣΖ΅ employees to fund special projects and enhance educational opportunities that might fall outside the regular budget.
