ΊωΒ«ΝήΚΣΖ΅ held its winter 2012 commencement ceremony at the Whatley Center for the Performing Arts on Friday, Dec. 14. During the ceremony 103 students were awarded associate degrees and 77 earned certificates of competency in their chosen fields. John Russo, ΊωΒ«ΝήΚΣΖ΅ adjunct faculty member in history, gave the commencement address. Chelsea Cates, of Pittsburg, delivered the student response. A special presentation was made to LaSonya Feltus, who received a†posthumous†degree on behalf of her late husband, Edd Feltus. Feltus, of Atlanta, passed away this semester while completing his associate of science degree at ΊωΒ«ΝήΚΣΖ΅.†Pictured, Joyce Bears, of Scroggins, accepts her certificate of competency in Sustainable Agriculture from Dr. Brad Johnson.β€
