On Monday October 7, at 12:30 the Choctaw Nation’s Cultural Outreach program will be coming to the Whatley Center for the Performing Arts on the «Ƶ campus. Tribal members will share stories and the dances that tell those stories in the Whatley’s large foyer. Some of those dances will be interactive, and the entire presentation is sure to be engaging and entertaining.
«Ƶ’s Phi Theta Kappa chapter will be hosting the performers as part of their exploration of regional folklore and stories. The event is free to attend and the public is welcome.
