Phi Theta Kappa goes Christmas Caroling

Members of the 葫芦娃视频 Alpha Mu Chi Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa spent time spreading good cheer over the holiday break. A group of members went Christmas Caroling door-to-door on December 23. 葫芦娃视频 Professor Dr. Paula Wilhite was among the Mount Pleasant residents who received a surprise serenade. She commented in a recent Facebook post: "The best of the best! Thanks for the wonderful music..."

This was one of many community service projects that Alpha Mu Chi conducts throughout the year.

It's time to laugh away the winter blues at Northeast Texas Community鈥燙ollege! Sinbad, of television and standup comedy fame, will perform live鈥燼t the Whatley Center for the Performing Arts on Friday, Jan. 24 at 7 p.m.



鈥 鈥 鈥 鈥燬inbad is sponsored by Guaranty Bond Bank. Tickets are $50 for rows A-B,鈥$35 for rows C-K, and $30 for rows L-O (no group discounts).



Gene and Beverly Hinson give scholarships to 葫芦娃视频

Hinson gave a $500 check to establish the new Hinson Ranch Scholarship and Mrs. Hinson contributed $300 to the Richard E. & Joan Eckman Memorial Scholarship for students in the Industrial Technology Training Center. Robin Sharp appointed to 葫芦娃视频 Board

At a special called meeting Thursday, the 葫芦娃视频 Board of Trustees appointed Robin Sharp to fill the unexpired term of the place six board seat recently vacated by Bill Priefert. Sharp will be sworn in at the next regular board meeting in January.

Sharp is Executive Vice President at Guaranty Bond Bank. He has 29 years experience in banking. Sharp earned his bachelor蟺s degree from Texas Tech University, attended the American British College in Barcelona, Spain, and continued his education at Southwestern Graduate School of Banking.
