The ΊωΒ«ΝήΚΣΖ΅ Foundation recently received an anonymous $6,000 donation to sponsor six students in the new ΊωΒ«ΝήΚΣΖ΅ Work Scholarship Program. Nita May (left), ΊωΒ«ΝήΚΣΖ΅ Director of Development, and Dr. Jonathan McCullough, ΊωΒ«ΝήΚΣΖ΅ Vice President for Advancement, accepted the gift on behalf of the Foundation. The ΊωΒ«ΝήΚΣΖ΅ Foundation recently received a $500 gift to benefit a student majoring in fine arts. Bestselling author and motivational speaker, Laura Schroff, spoke at the Whatley Center for the Performing Arts this week. The ΊωΒ«ΝήΚΣΖ΅ Foundation sponsored the event as part of its annual Distinguished Lecture Series. Schroff shared the inspirational true story behind her book,β An Invisible Thread, which shot to the top of the New York Times Bestseller List after its release in 2011.
