Eagle Food Pantry announces fall hours

The ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ Eagle Food Pantry announced this week that it will be open on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 1:00-5:30 p.m. throughout the fall semester. The pantry is located in the CARE Center in IA 105. 

The pantry offers an assortment of fresh, canned, and packaged foods for current ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ students and their families. Students can access our pantry once a month by presenting their current student ID.

Keep contact information current for emergency alerts

The safety and security of students, faculty and staff is a top priority at ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ. In the event of a campus emergency, ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ will send Eagle Alerts via text, voice and e-mail through the IRIS dispatch system. Alerts are automatically sent to the contact information listed in the student or employee account on the . It is very important that everyone keep their phone number updated in order to receive emergency alerts.

Computer Services urges campus to stay alert to cyber attacks

The ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ Computer Services team is urging the campus community to stay vigilant to avoid cyber-attacks. Recently, ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ has seen a dramatic increase in the number of spam and spear phishing e-mails sent to college accounts. According to Sebastian Barron, Director of Computer Services and Enterprise Systems, hackers are becoming increasingly sophisticated in their efforts to lure people to provide sensitive information.

ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ celebrates August 2022 graduates

ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ celebrated August 2022 commencement on Friday, Aug. 12 at 7 p.m. in the Whatley Center for the Performing Arts. A total of 94 graduates were awarded 57 certificates of competency and 61 associate degrees. Whitnee Floyd gave the student welcome and Courtney Baldwin delivered the student response.
