You may have seen some buzz on social media lately about the Continuing Education Department's American Sign Language (ASL) and Conversational Spanish classes being held in Mount Pleasant. ASL is being taught at Jo's Downtown on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Conversational Spanish is at Super Bueno on Monday and Wednesday. Those who feel comfortable at the intermediate level can still join in on either series! Click below for quick, easy registration.

Transfer Fair planned for September 28th

ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ will host its annual transfer fair on Thursday, Sept. 28th from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Student Union Building. The event will bring representatives from more than 25 universities to campus to meet with prospective transfer students. 

"This is a great opportunity for ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ students to meet with lots of universities at one time. Anyone who is planning to continue their education beyond ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ should definitely make an effort to attend," Sheila Eddy, Associate Director of Academic Advising, said.

Five complete CDL training

The ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ Professional Driving Academy continues to grow and supply high-demand CDL drivers to the local area. Five new students recently graduated from the program. Information session planned for Boston travel study trip

Have you been bitten by the travel bug? ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ is planning an exciting travel study trip to Boston next year from May 18-22. This is a great opportunity to explore one of the nation's most historic, iconic cities while earning college credit. An informational session is planned for Tuesday, Sept. 26th at 12:30 p.m. in Humanities 107. Anyone who has an interest in the trip is encouraged to attend.
