On Friday, June 17th, ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ’s Continuing Education Department held a Senior Adult Legal Workshop on campus with Wyatt Hinson, Attorney at Law as the Guest Speaker. Topics discussed were estate planning, medical decisions, wills, durable power of attorney, medical power of attorney, living will, declaration of guardian, Lady Bird deed, and complications of probate.
The ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ CARE Center makes every effort to assist students in achieving their goals. Basic needs instability, or a lack of access to these basics, has a severe impact on students' health and capacity to continue and complete education. Pregnancy tests, educational seminars, career training, spiritual encouragement for them and their families through support groups, one-on-one advocacy aid, and transitional housing for expecting families are all available at the Expectant Heart Pregnancy Resource Center.
