About this position

Clinical Skills lab-work with instructor to build knowledge and develop clinical skills for students to obtain their CNA license.

About our ideal candidate

  • Technical Training in: Long term care an an Associate Degree Nurse.
  • Ability to perform physical work with patients in a clinical setting.
  • Ability to lift at least 20 pounds.
  • Ability to work evenings.
  • Ability to work independently.

Phi Theta Kappa's Murder Mystery Dinner a roaring success

 

ΊωΒ«ΝήΚΣΖ΅'s Alpha Mu Chi chapter of Phi Theta Kappa hosted a successful Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre event on Tuesday, February 22 in the Whatley Center foyer.  The three-course dinner, catered by Racks, Daqz, and Axe owned by Rico Willis in Pittsburg, and interactive experience, featuring a wedding that quickly turned sour, was a night to remember.  It was the bee's knees!

William Lee Martin brings his comedy tour to the Whatley Center

The Whatley Center for the Performing Arts is pleased to welcome comedian William Lee Martin to its stage on Tuesday, April 5 at 7:30 p.m. He will perform his hilarious Off the Leash Comedy Tour, which has sold out shows across the country.

Tickets are $30 for adults and $10 for students. Seats may be purchased online at or by calling the box office at 903-434-8181.

ΊωΒ«ΝήΚΣΖ΅ Nursing helps out at TRMC Hearth Health Fair

The ΊωΒ«ΝήΚΣΖ΅ Nursing Program sent two faculty members (Amanda Shaw and Chrystal Brown) and 33 nursing students from the LVN and RN programs volunteer at the Heart Health Fair at Titus Regional Medical Center on Saturday, March 5th. ΊωΒ«ΝήΚΣΖ΅ students had the opportunity to help the staff draw blood, take blood pressures, check glucose levels, and make the community feel welcome at the event.  The nursing program was fortunate to be invited and get to participate in this wonderful occasion and we look forward to participating again next year.
