Jerald and Mary Lou Mowery give $5,000 for Whatley Campaign



Jerald and Mary Lou Mowery of Mount Vernon recently pledged $5,000 to benefit the ΊωΒ«ΝήΚΣΖ΅ Campaign for the Whatley. They are pictured presenting the gift (center) to Carolyn Franks, Director of the Whatley Center (right) and Dr. Jonathan McCullough, ΊωΒ«ΝήΚΣΖ΅ Vice President for Advancement (left). Their gift will be used to help make much-needed renovations to the Whatley Center for the Performing Arts. ΊωΒ«ΝήΚΣΖ΅ signs articulation agreement with A&M-Texarkana

Representatives from ΊωΒ«ΝήΚΣΖ΅ and Texas A&M University-Texarkana recently met at the ΊωΒ«ΝήΚΣΖ΅ campus to sign a Reciprocal Articulation Agreement that will assure continued local access by ΊωΒ«ΝήΚΣΖ΅ students to Texas A&M-Texarkana degrees.

Shelby memorial event to be held at ΊωΒ«ΝήΚΣΖ΅

ΊωΒ«ΝήΚΣΖ΅ Board swears in members, elects officers



The ΊωΒ«ΝήΚΣΖ΅ Board of Trustees elected new officers and swore in three board members at the regular May meeting Tuesday night.




Dr. Dan McCauley and Sid Greer were sworn in for new six-year terms by Titus County Judge Brian Lee. Both terms expired in 2012, but were renewed without holding an election as both incumbents were unopposed.†
